By accepting, holding, or using a ticket, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions.
The organisers reserve the right to change the event date, venue, time, or schedule without prior notice.
The organisers, venue, and ticketing partners are not responsible for issues arising from counterfeit or duplicated tickets and may deny entry for the same.
One Day Pass (Early Bird) will be available only until the dates announced.
Tickets once purchased are non-refundable, including in cases of cancellation or rescheduling due to force majeure conditions.
Tickets are mandatory for children above the age of one.
Rights of admission are reserved, even for valid ticket holders.
Artist lineups and event schedules may change without prior notice. (In question)
The ticket permits entry into The Grazer Fest grounds. Some activities in designated areas may have separate charges.
Security procedures including frisking are mandatory for all visitors.
Handheld communication devices are allowed unless restricted by the organisers.
Creation or use of recordings for advertising, promotion, or commercial purposes without written permission from The Idea Bag Event & Entertainment LLP is strictly prohibited.
Tickets cannot be used for resale, promotions, contests, or giveaways without written approval from The Idea Bag Event & Entertainment LLP.
Dangerous or hazardous items including weapons, sharp objects, fireworks, laser devices, and glass bottles are not allowed. Such items may be confiscated.
By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge the inherent risks of attending a live festival, and agree that organisers, sponsors, performers, and management are not liable for any injuries or losses.
Consumption or possession of alcohol, illegal substances, narcotics, cigarettes, e-cigarettes or vapes is strictly prohibited. Offenders will be handed over to authorities.
Carrying liquids, outside food, alcohol, cigarettes, vapes, or banned substances into the venue is not allowed.
The organisers are not responsible for any claims arising from the consumption or use of food, beverages, or products sold at the festival.
Parking is at the vehicle owner’s risk.
Display of any promotional, marketing, or sponsorship material inside the venue without written permission from The Idea Bag Event & Entertainment LLP is prohibited.
The Idea Bag Event & Entertainment LLP may freely use any photographs, videos, or recordings captured at the festival for promotional or commercial use.
Ticket holders grant the organisers the right to use their images or recordings taken at the venue for publicity and promotional purposes without further approval.
Entry to certain areas may be temporarily paused if capacity limits are reached, for safety reasons.
Venue rules also apply.
Re-entry is not allowed once a ticket has been scanned.
Visitors must behave respectfully and maintain basic decency. Damages caused by any visitor will result in liability and legal action under Ahmedabad jurisdiction.
Visitors must respect the personal space of others. No photo, video, or audio recording of other attendees may be shared publicly without their consent.
The organisers reserve the right to deny or revoke entry without refund for violations of terms or inappropriate behaviour.
The Idea Bag Event & Entertainment LLP may collect personal information such as name, email, or phone number during registration or payment, with your consent, for operational purposes.
